Your mobile number may already be linked to an existing Shopee account. A mobile number can only be registered under one Shopee account (same for the email address).
There are 2 possible reasons why your mobile number may be linked to an existing Shopee account:
1. You already have an existing account with the same mobile number
If your mobile number has already been registered with Shopee, please try to recall the password and log in to the existing account. If you have forgotten your password, learn how to reset your password.
2. Your mobile number was recycled
As mobile numbers may be recycled by service providers, it is possible that your mobile number previously belonged to someone else.
This does not mean that the previous owner has any access to the Shopee account you created with your mobile number, it only means that outdated information still exists in our system. Contact Shopee Customer Service for further assistance.
